Having a "so unSunday meal" burgers mash and beans .... left burgers out and need used, looked at potatoes, need used ....hate waste lol

We had Saltimbocca - pan-fried thin tenderized slices of pork fillet with Parma ham and sage - accompanied by Mrs MW's garlicky green beans and new potatoes done with herbs and onion in the oven. Gotta say it was delicious!

(At the risk of a rocket from the purists out there we do know it should be done with veal, but that's hard to get hold of)
Might have to take an interest in the Premier League now....
