We have some cold medium rare beef which will become sandwiches tonight with some chips. It’s too hot to eat a big meal.

Sue had to pick up a top from M&S this morning & two rump steaks fell into her basket. So we’re having them with jacket potato, slaw, garlic butter & ratatouille ( courgettes courtesy of our son in law )

Duck al a orange ( M&S) croquette potatoes, green beans, courgettes in garlic butter & peas. A creme caramel for pudding

NW as I know you are a fan, this week Lidl have an offer on Portuguese custard tarts (pasteis de nata).
