Well making the curry 24 hours before hand was a master stroke absolutely delicious. Tonight we are having fish & chips as we're at the cricket all day.

Just bought the ingredients for a chicken and seafood paella for tonight. Justice grated half a slab of Parmesan cheese to go with it, smells like rotten socks but tastes lovely :D

Been going through the freezer to check what we have in there and found a couple of Pork Loin steaks which are now going to be tonights meal along with a selection of veggies.
Bit of a easy one as will be cooking them on our George Forman grill.

Called in yesterday evening to a local butchers that I've heard rave reports about, fancied a bit of steak for dinner. Asked the fella for 2 cuts of rump steak that looked really nice. He lifted a great slab and placed it on the scales and then proceeded to lift another and throw it on too. I was about to say that there was too much when he said £11 please so I happily coughed up. He gave me some advice on cooking it and cooked T and myself dinner, a really lovely cut of meat it was and there's more than enough for another dinner in the freezer. Will be a regular patron me thinks.

3 Berkshire sausages, new potato's (proper ones, not those waxy ones you get from supermarkets) and green beans.

Goan fish curry and tarka dahl from Waitrose, Morrisons pilau rice; Chilean Pedro Jimenez from Lidl to wash it down....
Might have to take an interest in the Premier League now....
