My son just asked me the same question. I said that I had pork belly and he said "yes, but what are you having for dinner tonight?"
I sometimes wonder who's son he really is.

Our local has a curry night on a Monday so that's where we will be heading.

Just back from the shops armed with a couple of sirloin steaks which we will have tonight, probably with chips, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Just back from the shops armed with a kilo of oxtail. Not sure what to make with it but it'll be fun trying.

Yep. A long slow cook. Lush. I'd be interested to hear what Cheffy would do with them.
