I've just been with her indoors for a massive shop at the local supermarket. How we didn't end up in a fist fight I will never know. Probably because we were both too knackered. Cottage pie, broccoli and sprouts. Glass of red - early night.

Reminds me of a "funny corner joke"

A guy appears on Stars in Their Eyes. Matthew Kelly tells the audience, “Simon, you have an incredible story, can you tell it to us please?"
"Yes Matthew, about 4 years ago I was involved in a horrific car accident whilst being a passenger in my Uncle Alan's car. Unfortunately Alan lost his life when the steering wheel embedded itself in his chest, my legs were trapped under the dash board and I had to be cut free by the emergency services. In hospital I was told that I would lose both my legs, but by an incredible turn of fate, Alan's lower torso was unharmed and we had the same blood type and marrow match. Then in ground breaking surgery they attached Alan's lower body onto my top half and after 3 years of rehabilitation, I can now run, swim and play football."
"That's a remarkable and brave story, so who are you going to be for us tonight?"
"Tonight Matthew I am going to be Simon and Half Uncle".
