Got a pasta maker for Christmas so it’s fresh pasta tonight with a tomato sauce. Fingers crossed it tastes good. Nervous of Chilwell :lol:

Well the boy done good but it’s a lot of work especially when you can buy it but I’ll admit to having a smug look on my face :D

Tonight as it’s NYE we’re having Coquille St Jacques, off the shelves of M&S can’t claim these as home cooked. Followed by sirloin steak, chips, mushrooms, vine tomatoes, onion rings and peas.

We have just got back from M&S with spaghetti and meat balls CW, we have Nachos to go with it.

We’re having roast pork, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, sprouts, carrots, peas, stuffing, bread sauce, apple sauce & gravy tonight.

Rib eye steak, Bushmills whiskey sauce, sage onion garlic mash (my own concoction) honey and mustard carrots and broccoli.

BTW LIDL lasagne is fantastic.

Roasted duck breast, homemade plum sauce ( Mary Berry recipe) pommes dauphinois, carrots & peas.
