My other half is out for lunch today so I’ve bought myself a gammon steak which I’ll have with pineapple, fried egg, homemade chips and peas.

Out to a restaurant tonight. Have looked at the menu and haven't decided between the two below.

Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with Black Pudding, wrapped in Streaky Bacon, with a Cider Gravy
Served with wholegrain mustard mashed potato, carrots, green beans & peas

Lamb & Mint Suet Pudding
Slow cooked Leg of Minted Lamb encased in a suet pudding, smothered in gravy, served with chips, peas, and green beans

Herself is away, so a simple, old childhood favourite when we had no money - plate of mashed spuds with slices of Luncheon Sausage :D

Probably a Chinese later tonight.
