Chicken and lamb...yes lamb, pie pots and veg (pie was made yesterday during my second bottle of red) Must say it was quite good, Tracey and Matthew both had seconds :D

Probably I will be served (once more) something made of a certain vegetable protein product consisting of fava beans and pea protein.
It's quite popular where I live (exact street address).

Went to my new Golf Club for lunch today. Had smoked salmon, prawns, avocado and salad. It was so good I went back for seconds. Nice pint of IPA too. Brilliant to get appetite back. Hope to put the weight back on.
