Pork steak with a cider & apple sauce ( M&S) fondant potatoes, peas, asparagus & sweet corn. We’ve a lot of fruit in at the moment like nectarines, apples, small bananas, blueberries, strawberries & grapes so like last night we’ll knock up a fruit salad to use it up.

Wife goes away for a week tonight, so have cooked up a week's worth of chili and a giant corned-beef hash, should just about keep me going until she gets back!

So homemade chili, with a lot of fire in it tonight.
