We had a lovely meal last night chunky cheese & ham haddock bake with new potatoes, asparagus & peas.

Homemade burger with Siriacha mayo, sautéed mushrooms and onions. I couldn’t get any decent buns so making the burger an oblong shape and having it on a toasted panini roll. Herbed jacket wedges instead of chips.
