Butter chicken, basmati rice, popadoms, garlic naan, mango chutney, raita & some banana ( lovely with curry imho) just finished putting this together so it can sit & infuse all day.

Had Lunch out today, had Steak & Onion sandwich, chips and side salad so only a light snack later.

Beef stroganoff & rice tonight. We’re doing it in the slow cooker as per the recipe. We’ve had it loads of times but this is our first attempt at cooking it. Fingers crossed.
