Out on a date tonight no idea where I’m going an early Fathers Day present from the eldest. Just the tonic as it’s been an horrible week.

Apppears we’re going to a gastro pub & the bill will almost certainly be paid by the Bank of Dad.

Off to our local tonight at 16:00 as they're still serving a lunch menu so I’ll be having my favourite gammon, egg & chips for a bargain £7:79 plus a glass of New Zealand’s finest.

That sounds purrfect tonight it’s a Chinese takeaway we’re using Uber Eats for the first time. Means I can have a drink whilst some one delivers it.

Our local butchers do a selection of side dishes as well as superb steaks. Tonight was Ribeye with dauphinoise spuds cauliflower cheese and steamed veg. Bit of a mixed bag but utterly delicious.
