We've got some dim sum dumplings bought from our local Chinese supermarket followed by Peking duck (Lidl) with pancakes, spring onion, cucumber and hoi sin sauce.

One of our favourites!
Might have to take an interest in the Premier League now....

Out of the 5/6 fish species we eat, my Wife's favourite is the lowly mackerel.
I only fish for them briefly early spring and then the month of December when everything else has migrated, gone deep or hibernated.
Yesterday morning I went out to Cape Cod for an early tide, got a bunch, home and cleaned them before the game which started 12.30 mid day, here.
My wife got cracking in the kitchen and we had crispy fried mackerel with a mild spice breadcrumb coating, a red pepper, green pepper, tomato, onion dip, and a couple of bottles of local brewed IPA, watching Leeds beat Everton. Don't get much better than that.

Only have one meal on Sunday, about mid-afternoon. Topside joint with roast pots, cauliflower, sprouts and Yorkshire puds. Nice thick gravy and a bottle of London Pride.
I once played against Don Revie.
