Think we're off out to a local Mediterranean restaurant, not sure what I'll be having, only checked the wine list .

Had a nice large piece of fillet steak for lunch with pots, green beans and broccoli. Just a sandwich tonight.

Roast chicken breasts with garlic, sweet potato "fries" (baked), peas and carrots with gravy, followed by sugar-free rhubarb crumble
