Mrs WW is out this evening so I've made myself some sausage butties and going to settle down and watch the Wigan Warriors

Had a lamb hotpot in the slow cooker it smells lovely when going into the kitchen. Just about to put some potatoes on to do some mash and we will have a carrot and swede mash.

I think it's very important to be able to cook. Tonight I had four lettuce sandwiches with salad cream and cherry tomato's, followed by a yoghurt, protein drink and piece of lemon drizzle cake.

Had a couple of venison grillsteaks cooked in the air fryer, with a baked potato and some baked beans :thumbup:

Just finished doing a chicken biryani which we’re having samosas with & aloe gobi. Smells amazing :D

Slow cooked belly pork, calvados and apple sauce, roast potatoes, string beans, swede and peas.
