Homemade Chicken Madras, with various vegetables thrown in.
Mrs B got me an Indian Spice kit for Christmas last year and we are just about finishing it off. I’ve no idea what I’m doing, but it always tastes great.

Have a look at Spice Tailor most supermarkets stock them it’s what we use & it’s taken curries to another level. Cost about £2 a go but well worth it.
