We have been into Worthing today where had a mid morning breakfast so tonight we had fresh bread with a thin coating of onion chutney, goats cheese with warmed fresh tomatoes on top and very nice it was to.

Sausages tonight as part of a roast dinner.

The rest of the sausages, jacket potato & baked beans.

Continuing our Asian style food week tonight we are having spicy chicken stir fry.

Just been told it’s pasta tonight , frantically scrambling around in the cupboards, fridge and freezer for something else.
