Easy to say when we are having our weekly non meat day so just a jacket spud with beans and cheese.

Could have done with a few chips. Never made it before and only ever had lobster once over 30 years ago. Saw a pre cooked one in TESCO yesterday so grabbed it, let it defrost in the fridge then harvested the mouthful of meat there was TBH honest what there was, was delicious. Still the homemade thermidor sauce was a hit, wasn't allowed to dump the remaining and it was attacked with crusty bread.johnh wrote:Davy, I thought Lobster Thermidor was always with chips?
