Wife’s baking a tomato & cheese quiche which we will have with Caesars salad & new potatoes. Also bought a couple of M&S rice puddings this morning which are absolutely gorgeous

Going to try something slightly different tonight and would like a bit of advice from any chefs here. Normally do my homemade goujons the usual way, flour, egg, flour then spiced breadcrumbs. Am sitting thinking what if I used chilli dipping sauce instead of egg. would it dry out too much, burn etc ?
