Just put together a chicken Jalfrezi for tonight. Will have it with basmati rice, garlic naan, raita, mango chutney and banana.

Leftover homemade Chicken Madras from last night, slightly overdid it with the spices, so water will be on the dining table in abundance :D

Watching Marcus Waring last night on Master Chef his skills test was potato rosti so have just made one as per his instructions & had it with bacon & a fried egg for lunch. Even though I say so myself it was delicious & won’t be the last time we’ll be having it.

Chicken in a Cabernet Sauvignon sauce, petit pois something or other followed by a posh Tart and washed down with a bottle of Chardonnay.

Tesco 2 meals for £10 deal :D

Oh and adding a few Spuds (roasted) from our garden with melted cheese.

Followed later by a Cosmopolitan (ordered some cocktails online and they have arrived) :D

Cathy's son did his Chef apprenticeship working with Marcus Waring, she once got to eat for free at his restaurant back then (long time ago).
