Some kind of stir fry that Jeanna's cooking up in the kitchen right now.
It smells amazing - you can't beat Asian cooking by an Asian person :D

Beef, veggies, vermicelli noodles, rice wine, spices, sesame oil, soy sauce .. am I making you hungry yet ??

Trying out Cheffy's recipe this evening for Italian pork with tomato and basil sauce. Will be having it with gnocchi instead of potatoes and some fresh veg.

Currently getting some winter sun on a well known Spanish Island so decided to live like the locals and had some Paella earlier, lovely it was.
Just planning to snack on local cheeses later with a few glasses of red to wash it down.

Lamb rogan josh, pilau rice and daal makhani - all from Morrisons (the lamb is still on offer at £1.50 instead of £2.75). Washed down with a South African Sauvignon blanc from Lidl

The leftover of the topside joint on Sunday I slice up and put in the pressure cooker. Marinate it in Oxo gravy and cook it for 7 minutes. Then put in sliced potato's, broccoli, and green beans and cook for another 7 minutes. Really nice meal with a glass of Crozes Hermitage. Slice of dry bread to mop up the Oxo gravy is a must.
