Forgot to take my lamb chop out of the freezer, :shock: So have had tinned plum tomato's on toast. Glass of red.

Slow-cooked roast lamb breast. Possibly not my favourite roast but still blimmin' delish. And cheap.

Have a steak & potato pie in the oven will have it with mashed potatoes, swede & peas. Extra gravy on the go. ;)

A Traditional Maltese restaurant just booked it.

It's buffet style so not certain what I'll be eating.

Remembered to take lamb chop out of the freezer today. Just finished it off with new pots, peas and mint sauce. Didn't have a bottle of red in but have a bottle of London Pride in the fridge which I will be opening shortly.
