Pork Medallions

Slow cooked beef (M&S) topped with sliced pots (can't remember what they're called) glass of red. Chocolate pudding with Devon custard.

Chilli con carne with rice & a garlic bread.

We've made a pork, mushroom and paprika casserole finished with creme fraiche; will be served with hash browns.

Just back from our local Lidl where I purchased a couple of sirloin steaks for tonight will have them with chips, mushrooms, vine tomatoes and salad.

Evergreen on Sunnyside Road in Beeston, not too bad but still prefer Jade Gardens in Wollaton if I’m honest. Anyway just back from Birds ( a popular bakery here in Notts ) & have bought 2 steak slices which we’ll have with chips, mushy peas & gravy
