I am currently unemployed, Vid. I got my first Universal Credit payment a couple of weeks ago it came to exactly 1p short of my rent. Not sure how I'm going to eat, heat the flat and pay all the other bills. If I don't find a job in the next month or so I will be homeless. Still, it's a laugh, isn't it?

Crikey mate, what do you want me to say to that? Obviously that's no laughing matter pal. I was, on my part anyway, jokingly continuing our difference in opinion in regards to overall wealth distribution between the North and the South. Hope you get things sorted quickly pal.

I guess what I was trying to say is that poverty is no respecter of geography. Luckily I had some money to get me through the last few months but it's dwindling fast.
Interview tomorrow though. Onwards and upwards.

Don't mean to pry Sniffer, but can't you claim your rent from Universal Credit?
