No, it's his daughter.
She actually tells her dad to stop when Carra spits so she knows they've both gone too far.

No, it's his daughter.
She actually tells her dad to stop when Carra spits so she knows they've both gone too far.
Turns out it was the driver who was filming, whilst driving, which is punishable. Whether the police will take that further, is another question entirely.

Yeah. Saw that yesterday.
Initial reports said it was her, presumably to stop him from being shopped !
