Mrs B had it on, so I saw little bits in between doing some gardening.

I felt a bit sorry for the bride with her father not being there, no matter what you think of the Royal family, ultimately she went through the biggest day of her life without her dad by her side, which must be difficult for any bride.
When you retire, you switch bosses - from the one that hired you, to the one that married you.

Managed to go the entire day without seeing any of it, although it helped being asleep for most of the day due to being on nightshifts

She's an actress, she doesn't mind being the absolute centre of attention, plus this was her second replay wasn't it? :D

I think he had heart surgery. A bit of an extreme solution to avoid making a speech though.
