Yep, but the positive is that there are companies with whom I don't want to be on their database anymore, but had forgotten about.
It's a good way to clear your name from them.... If indeed it's cleared at all.

Another side of it is companies chasing references before the deadline.

Despite working part-time for UPS for over 18 months now, the editor of the paper I write for received an "urgent" email demanding he fill in one of their forms !

I use all those e-mail reminders to offer suggestions for Christmas presents, but cannot ignore the opportunity to get rid of all those reminders that fill my inbox overnight.

Mrs B might have to make do with a Leeds United mug next Christmas.

Do you guys, who don’t know what this is, ever receive marketing and spam e-mails from companies promoting their products ?
