Crumbed ham, sun-dried tomatoes, lettuce, red onion, feta cheese and mayo has to be ciabatta bread. Been a long time since I've had plain white bread.

Yesterday I had tuna and piri-piri hummus, that was really nice actually.
My favourite is egg and cress, but when I used to eat meat I also liked beef and coleslaw.
Also cashew nut butter, hard boiled egg and rocket is good.
