Pedometer

Anyone else got a pedometer ?
Got one to wear on my wrist as a free gift a few months back when I changed phone contracts and find it a great tool to make sure you exercise.
My better half as had one a long time and we both use them as motivation to exercise.
We have a rule that we have to do 15,000 steps everyday (or no supper), that's around 7 mile. Of course some days we do it easy but it certainly stops you having lazy days.
If i haven't reached my daily goal after evening meal find myself going out for a short walk which i wouldn't have done without it.
