Born in Castleford, it has to be Henry Moore.
When you retire, you switch bosses - from the one that hired you, to the one that married you.

Off the top of my head and in chronological order: W.G.Grace (Downend), Archie Leach (aka Cary Grant - Horfield), Banksy (Yate or Bishopston or ?) - all Bristol or environs. John Cleese comes from Weston-super-Mare, Jeffrey Archer doesn't but he moved there when he was 2 weeks old so he sort of does. Which is a bit crap.
Obvious Bristolians: Russel Howard, Stephen Merchant, Lee Evans, Justin Lee Collins, all of Massive Attack, Ian Holloway.
Less obvious Bristolians: Damian Hirst, Maisie Williams (GoT lass), JK Rowling, Darth Vader and the Green Cross Code man David Prowse, John Challis (Boycie -OFAH), the Mabbut brothers, Sir Bernard Lovell, Colin Pilliger, Roni Size, Judd Trump.

Ok, I looked some of those up. ;)

ok i won't do the full 20 miles thing (or I'd reach Leeds itself) so -

Where i was born -
Mollie Sugden - are you being served
The Bronte sisters - authors
Timothy Taylor - Brewer

Where i live -
Sarah Wynter - stared in 24
Jennifer Hawkins - Miss Universe a few years back
Eddie Charlton - snooker player
Belinda Clark - Female Aussie cricketer
Owners come and go but Leeds United will be there forever, for the fans - keep Marching on Together.

Okay i have a dilemma with this as it's only two sections given. Where i was born..... where i grew up..... and where i live now

Firstly. Born in Halifax and the famous people from there.

Ed Sheeran - Singer songwriter and a cameo appearance in Game of thrones
Shirley Crabtree - Wrestler famously known as Big Daddy (used to love watching him when i was a kid)

Where I grew up - Cork City, Ireland
Roy Keane - Footballer with Nottingham Forest, Celtic, Cobh Ramblers and Man Utd
Denis Irwin - Footballer with Leeds United, Olham Athletic and Man Utd - Still a proper gentleman and he must have learned that during his Leeds days.
Liam Miller - Footballer with Cork City FC, Man Utd, Leeds United. Sadly passed away at a very young age.
Cillian Murphy - Actor Played in a lot of movies including the wind that shakes the Barley, Batman begins, 28 days later etc
Danny La Rue - Female impersonator - singer and entertainer during the 70's 80's and 90's
Graham Norton - Comedian, Actor. Live talk show host

Where i live now - General Santos City, Philippines.
Manny Pacquiao - professional boxer who has held eight different world title belts at different weights (world record) also a senator in the Philippine government

As I was born in Hudds, famous people include
Harold Wilson
James Mason
Patrick Stewart
Wilf Lunn (I used to deliver his milk when I was a lad)
Derek Ibbotson (his daughter was in the same class as me all through junior & high school)

Now I live in Brighouse
Frank Worthington, John Noakes and Linda Barker all come from the village of Shelf about 10 minutes up the road
There's light at the end of the tunnel and the future's looking very bright indeed.
