Anyone have a morning coffee or tea ?

If yes and you decide to indulge in a naughty bit of cake, what is your favourite ?

I've very much a sweet tooth although I try to avoid but if I give in its usually Caramel Shortcake (millionaire shortcake), love it

I only drink coffee - can't stand tea - and like it strong and black, preferably espresso.

As I say usually avoid but occasionally like a treat

And only drink Coffee myself, no sugar of course.

Tea, haven't drunk coffee for ages. With biscuits not cake.
Regarding sugar, I used to have two teaspoonfull's. Early this year I decided to cut down to one. One is now getting to be a bit too sweet! Soon be joining Rigger.

Always white tea with half a spoon of sugar. Usually have a biscuit of some kind as we get free with stationery orders lol

John, it's not a tradition - it's a new directive from Boris : he figured if enough people were standing around blocking the border he could call it a Backstop.

Ooouuch got me. Don't start with the backstop stuff it's doing my head in.

Always have tea in the morning no matter what.

If i have coffee its at night and no it does not keep me awake at night.

Like a bakewell tart with said coffee! Only like sponge cakes anyways.
