Europe - York it has everything I want in a city. History, good restaurants & hotels. There’s a charm to it like nowhere else. Runners up Rome & Copenhagen.
North America - Boston, we were there during the fall & it was stunning.
South America - Rio loved the place.
Africa - Cape Town it has so many attractions & with the rand so low it’s so cheap.
Australia - Only been to Cairns but it’s got everything the weather, culture, diversity & charm. Probably my number one city in the world.
Asia - Kathmandu unreal place but I believe has changed after a recent earthquake. Not the healthiest place to visit due to all the unleaded petrol but an amazing place all the same.

Owners come and go but Leeds United will be there forever, for the fans - keep Marching on Together.
Re: Favourite cities
The old town is stunning and I found the people really friendly (with the exception of one totally insane taxi driver)NottinghamWhite wrote:So many people say this we must have missed somethingDavycc wrote:

This will sound terribly sexist. Whilst sitting in the town square for a couple of hours chatting over a few drinks we watched women of all ages going about their daily business. Not a hair out of place, stunning and well dressed, not one sign of jogging pants, it just looked like they all took a bit of pride in their appearance.
Sits back and awaits incoming!

Re: Favourite cities
Europe - Lucerne's lake setting with Alpine backdrop and old town; Barcelona a close second. Special mention for Menton on the French/Italian border, forever in my heart. Ghent & Antwerp for historical city centres, great cuisine and agreeable people, and you can drive there from UK
North America - San Francisco. I'd chose Chicago over New York, but having spent much more time in the former.
South America - There'll be divorce proceedings if I don't say Medellin, but Cartegena de Indias was special
Africa - Cape Town
Australia - never been
Asia - Hong Kong
