I was out last night as had a match so left Mrs SW to deal with it.

Must have had lots of callers because the sweets have all gone
Think she was giving them wine also :silent:

Nothing up here in Blackpool. I remember on my street by the time it came to me Carol Singing they never used to answer the door. Trick or Treat, Penny for the Guy mister... We wish you a merry Christmas.............We you just fook off :D Some people look down on it as a form of begging. I just wanted some sweets.

The young lads at work have never heard of Mischief night its not a Blackpool thing, don't know about the whole of Lancashire, we used to have it in Yorkshire.. Anyway its still going strong in Liverpool.

Costy, serious question, do you have pets of any kind that get really distraught through fireworks?

We've had the fireworks Saturday, Sunday, Monday and tonight.

Poor dog has been barking almost non stop each evening. Her bark is now almost a squeak.

Don't mind fireworks, and quite enjoy a good display but think they should only by sold on licence for an organised event.
