I was out last night as had a match so left Mrs SW to deal with it.

Nothing up here in Blackpool. I remember on my street by the time it came to me Carol Singing they never used to answer the door. Trick or Treat, Penny for the Guy mister... We wish you a merry Christmas.............We you just fook off Some people look down on it as a form of begging. I just wanted some sweets.
The young lads at work have never heard of Mischief night its not a Blackpool thing, don't know about the whole of Lancashire, we used to have it in Yorkshire.. Anyway its still going strong in Liverpool.

The way Society is shaping up with Brexit, i can see a Purge night being introduced.

Raining here tonight so fireworks not too bad. God I hope they ban these pyrotechnics in the not too distant future.

Poor dog has been barking almost non stop each evening. Her bark is now almost a squeak.
Don't mind fireworks, and quite enjoy a good display but think they should only by sold on licence for an organised event.
