Yes got one and a few relations still phone on it (older cousins).
Was originally paid for by the company I worked for so they could contact me on a night. I was in charge of Electrical Maintenance see the shift electrician occasionally if any major issues on the factory site.
Nowadays its free with our contract with Vodaphone (internet plus both our mobiles) although thinking of changing our contract to elsewhere at some stage.
