Good job Aaron, yes it probably will but thats a great start. 1- 1.5lbs a week is a perfect loss. (Wish I could manage it lately lol)
You are right Aaron it always gets harder after the first two weeks but so far you are doing fantastic.

Flat as a whatsit, thought I’d add a pound or two by now I’m back at the gym......

Wednesday 22nd December - 11st 4lb.

Starting weight 22 November - 15st 13 1/2lbs.

20/12/21 - 15st 6 1/2 lbs
27/12/21 - 15st 7lbs
03/01/22 - 15st 6 1/2 lbs
10/01/22 - 15st 5 1/2 lbs
17/01/22 - 15st 7 1/2 lbs
24/01/22 - 15st 8 1/2 lbs

Weekly gain - 1 lbs
Total loss to date - 5 lbs

Another bad week.

Need to make a concerted effort.

Weight still dropping off me pretty quickly - I'm eating 2,000 calories a day.
Admittedly, not much exercise so looking to start up swimming a couple of times a week, as of next week.
