2 weeks missed due to holiday

Loss - 1lb

Very pleased with a loss as was laid up two days (Friday & Saturday) after Doc put me on some new medication for Gout and it initially caused a big flare up in numerous joints. Settling down now though so back exercising.

Starting weight 22 November - 15st 13 1/2lbs.

Weekly loss 3 1/2 lbs

Bit stagnated but sort of happy not to be gaining at present. Not been too well and was laid up at the weekend. Missed some exercise but never lose the appetite.
December now so need a push to crack 15st by Xmas.

Do mine in work so will post later. December will be a challenge for us all. If I get to January and am the same weight possiblt 1-2lbs on I'll be happy, then a push for the New Year.

Because of this thread, I started weighing myself again lately.
I'm not on any diet, but went off the booze for November and ate reasonably well. (Gonna drink heartily tonight, going to see Happy Mondays and James in Dublin :D )

A few years ago I was touching 17 stone.
Last year or so 15-16 stone.
This morning, 14st 6lbs.

17st was far to high, I could carry 15+ because I'm 6' 1", but would be delighted to hit 13st 13lbs

Seems like your doing things right. Good luck hitting your target :thumbup:

Us 6 foot plus fellas would look silly much lighter................ Hope BB isn't following this thread ;)
