After the Christmas weekend, I decided to stick to interval eating. Also started doing yoga back. Hope to lose weight soon.

Strangely I'm happy with it because expected a gain following a few days in London eating and drinking all the wrong stuff.

Good job Aaron, yes it probably will but thats a great start. 1- 1.5lbs a week is a perfect loss. (Wish I could manage it lately lol)
