Yep happy as its my 2lb for the month a week early. That is a good thing as out for a friends birthday tomoz and out for a few beers and a meal in Leeds after the match on Saturday. Just need to stay same for next week.

No trains back down south after Sunday's game meant I ended up staying over in Leeds with a mate and having Monday off work. Needless to say, I smashed through my calorie targets with a pint or 8 :D.

01/01/22 - 18st 0 lb
10/01/22 - 17st 11.4 lbs
17/01/22 - 17st 8.2 lbs
24/01/22 - 17st 5 lbs
31/01/22 - 17st 4.2 lbs
07/02/22 - 17st 3.2 lbs
15/02/22 - 17st 1.4 lbs
23/02/22 - 17st 0.8 lbs

Very happy with a loss, was not expecting that! Still just about on target to hit 17st by the end of the month, although I am away on a stag-do over the weekend so a good chance it could go slightly pear-shaped .

You are allowed the odd blip it's a target not a torture, doesn't take away from the fact you are doing great.

2022 - (target 2lb per month)

January Loss - 2lb - On target
February Loss - 2lb - On target

February -
2nd Feb - 15st 4lb
9th Feb - 15st 4lb
16th Feb - 15st 3lb
23rd Feb - 15st 2lb
2nd March - 15st 2lb
Weekly loss - 0lb

No loss this week (was actually 0.3lb) but I'm rounding up and down on here to exact lbs
It's 2lb for the month which is again bang on the target I've set.
Have a week away coming up in March (we'll it was easier to get tickets for Lazio v Roma than Leeds v Norwich ;). Hence will have to work the other weeks to keep on target.

No weigh-in this week, although I'm certain with the amount of beer and junk food consumed over the weekend on a stag-do that I've not lost anything :D. Back on the grind though, so we'll see what next Monday's numbers look like and go from there.

Latest weigh in 13st 0lb, happy with that as this month included a weekend away with friends.
Latest weigh in 13st 0lb, a bit disappointed with that but i`m now back to running after a period off with a hamstring problem.

No loss this week but no gain either which is a result as not been a great week. Hurt my back Saturday and couldn't exercise properly for 3 days, OK now though so hope for a better week.
