We’re usually in bed by 22:00 as I’m usually downstairs by 06-06:30 on a morning, can’t beat early mornings. We have neighbours opposite who on a weekend are still in bed at 14:00.

As I'm up at 5.20am to go to work, I'm usually in my pit by 11.00pm, but that is after the missus has woken me up from snoozing on the sofa from 8.30ish. If there is a good series on Netflix, at the moment its Lillehammer, then I can be still watching the laptop until 1.00am, I can get by on 4 hours sleep. Even on my days off my body clock wakes me up at 5.00am, I just lie there as I cant fall back to sleep.

Pretty much same here. Always awake by 6 at the latest.

My alarm clock is set at 3.20 am, so I can make coffee and watch 3.30 news before getting ready.
I am usually awake before alarm, even on weekends.Suits my life style.
I go to bed between 8.30 pm and 9.00pm unless something happening on a weekend.

Same up at 6 cuppa and out with dog for a walk. Come 10pm I'm ready for bed.

Up at 06:30 during the week so, if I don't fall asleep in front of the tv, it's 23:30 at the latest. Unfortunately I frequently do fall asleep in front of the tv so I could be going to bed at anything from 00:30 to 03:00.
