I read an article once that said most decent series etc are on around this time, as people tend to be at home on an evening due to the dark nights and cold weather. Also, ITV can charge higher advertising fees as viewing figures are much higher.

Watched The Chase celebrity special last night what the hell has Carol Vorderman done, she looks hideous. Prior to that we watched a couple of episode of Clarice which has potential.

On Netflix. One of the best series I've watched for a while. An average Joe Financial advisor gets caught up with a Mexican Drug cartel.

Marty Byrde is a mild-mannered, Chicago-based financial advisor and graduate of Indiana State University. A drug the cartel discovers that Marty's partner, Bruce Liddell, has skimmed $8 million of their money. Marty gets rounded up while with his partner and In a last-ditch effort to plead for his life, Marty shows a member of the cartel a vacation flier for the Lake of the Ozarks and claims that it is a good location for money laundering. Marty says if he is allowed to live, he will launder $500 million in five years. The cartel partly agrees, and Marty replaces the skimmed money by liquidating his assets. He then sells his home and moves his family to Osage Beach, Missouri.

Anyone watching this it’s weird with little or no story. Very disappointing but will it improve ?

Finished the last season of Afterlife. Funny how your taste changes with time and info. Was never really a Ricky Gervais fan and the office did nothing for me but knowing his passion re animals and seeing his writing of and playing the lead in the above I'm kinda liking the guy.
