Just watched an episode of 'Benidorm' - amusing in a vaguely 'only way is Essex' meets 'The Royle Family' sort of way. Kept Mrs MW in chuckles for an hour, anyway.

Great actress, pleasant personality (been on 6Radio quite a lot) and from Yorkshire. Would be even more impressed if she was a Leeds fan

When I was working, a client of mine was friends with her family.
Apparently, she's a really good laugh and great company.

I have just watched a couple of good politically minded programs.
Accidental Anarchist. Which is on the BBC catch-up service. It's a Storyville program about a former diplomat who lost faith in the capitalist machine after the Iraq War.
Performance Live - Why its kicking off everywhere. Written and narrated by Paul Mason it's a performance art play depicting what's been happening in the world over the last 9yrs.
Enjoyed both.
