We watched The Shawshank Redemption again last night, lost track of how many time we’ve seen it but it’s still absolute quality.

I never pass an opportunity to watch it, regardless of how many times I've seen it.
Read the short story by Stephen King (Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption, from the collection Different Seasons) and it's one of the very few movies which live up to the book.

Saw the latest - and possibly last - Clint movie, The Mule, last night.

Beautiful picture.
True story.
Great script.
Slow-paced compared to most films these days.

I really enjoyed it, but then I'm a huge fan.

Don't want to say much about it for fear of spoilers, but it's an excellent way to spend a couple of hours.
Superb cast too ..

Yes one of the all time prison based classics and there has been a few well worth watching over the years.

Papillon, Green Mile, Cool Hand Luke, Brubaker, etc to name a few I've enjoyed.

Afterlife on Netflix. Even if you are not a Ricky Gervais fan, the writing is superb, very funny in places and very poignant in others. Well worth a look. If you don’t laugh at the breast milk rice pudding scene then you probably need a sense of humour replacement.
