1. This is irritating because i've been asked this before and should know.
2. Dundee
3. Bob Latchford ?
4. Crystal Palace, think Peter Taylor played for England when they were in div 3 but not sure it was in a world cup.
5. Arsenal v Everton - know both have been in top flight most of their histories so must have played a few times.
6. no idea
