Sevens

Post by Selby White »

A game we used to play at work (in our lunch break of course) we called "sevens" may be fun on here.

Basically the person in the chair gives a list of 7 things in alphabetical order, then everyone has a educated guess to put them in the right positions.
It can be absolutely anything from highest mountains to No1 songs to biggest cities and so on.

Once people have had a guess the person setting it will tell them how many are correct but not which ones.

Each person can only have one go until the quiz master has given a update then can improve on their previous go using deduction from info given to their and others selections.

First to get it right sets next quiz.

No googling of course.

eg. The question could be Put these Leeds Utd managers in the order at which they did the job.
Adamson -Armfield-Clarke-Clough-Gray-Revie-Stein.

The correct answer is as weall know -
1.Revie
2. Clough
3. Armfield
4. Stein
5 Adamson
6. Clarke
7. Gray

But if someone guesses
1. Revie
2. Clough
3. Adamson
4. Stein
5. Armfield
6. Gray
7. Clarke

They would be told 3 correct (in this case Revie, Clough & Stein but wouldn't get that info)

Imagine its all as clear as mud but will give it a go see if anyone is interested.

So I'll start us with question one

In the origional series of Auf Wiedersen Pet put the 7 main characters in order based on the actors ages (oldest to youngest).

1. Barry
2. Bomber
3. Dennis
4. Moxey
5. Neville
6. Oz
7. Wayne

Good Luck, will check on and update later.

Bomber, Dennis, Oz, Neville, Moxey, Barry, Wayne.
