Re: Video Jukebox! LUFC
My favorite song from arguably one of the best guitarists ever.
Keep your face always toward the sunshine - and shadows will fall behind you.

Great couple of Songs Selby, Rigger do you work at Rough Trade or summit? Just when you think you've heard it all...
Great Sunday morning track this to blow away the cobwebs from the night before.
Turn up it loud and let them ears bleed..

No, but I used to work for Our Price, Virgin twice, Tower Records, Fopp and an independent called Essential Music - about 16 years all told, I guess ..

Ok, SW, SRV is very good at what he does but I could teach you how to play that. This is the best guitarist ever in my not so humble opinion. This set-up is Drums-Bass-Guitar with Richard Thompson playing the only guitar.
He doesn't do straight forward blues stuff as he grew up on British folk music. But he can still outdo Clapton on a Cream cover.
And the there's the 16th century take on Brittany Spears

Very good Sniffer, never claimed the track I played was SRV top guitar track just the song that's my fav out of many.
SRV, did lots of stuff including his own compositions (check out Lenny a guitar solo about his wife), some Hendrix covers arguably better than the original (check out voodoo Chile by both).
And of course lots of blues covers Albert King been his hero and they got to do a album together.
His best concert in my opinion is live in Tokyo well worth looking up.
He was also the sole guitarist in his group Double Trouble with Tommy Shannon on bass and Chris Leyton on drums.
Anyway here is an acoustic solo from him -
Ps - doubt you can teach me guitar, I have two left hands

Love a bit of Nick Drake. Coincidentally another very good guitarist but, before we get bogged down with all things "axe", here's something completely different.
Re: Video Jukebox! LUFC
Bit more modern but quite good.

I love that, VHTM. If I didn't have to go on holiday tomorrow I'd go out and buy that.
I'm off to the Isle of Wight rather than Cambodia but here's a brief travelogue anyway.
