Indeed it is Chicago, apparently its the 2nd biggest St Patricks day parade behind Dublin and they actually dye the river green.
Been to the Windy City on a few occasions but never on St Pats day, that will change in 2018, we will be there as part of my birthday trip (its a big one coming up)

I think the second biggest st Patrick's day parade is in Boston or new york ?????
But I'm shore it will be a good one in Chicago and as it's your 21st I'm shore you will have a good time
