It's not an error it's what they opened at although since drifted to around 11/10 (on the site I use)
It happens occasionally that odds go one way or the other but have to stick with first posted odds once people have placed bets (unless a totally obvious typo).

I was scouting around on there this morning for Australia to win the ashes, got 4/7 which was incredible really given the situation.
