Morning/afternoon . Finally getting round to saying hello on here a few weeks after joining.
I'm a relative newbie in terms of supporting Leeds. I grew up in Fife in Scotland and was a big big Dunfermline Athletic fan for my first 25 years or so. However, I moved down this way for work about five years ago now and had to get my football fix somewhere, so started nipping along to ER every now and again, before adopting Leeds as my team. I get to as many games as I can, and I'm really enjoying the atmosphere in the south stand at the moment.
First game I saw at ER was a Championship game a few years back against Portsmouth. If memory serves it was a boring draw and the low sun blinded me in the lower east stand for much of the first half, so it wasn't a great start. Highlight of the few short years I've been going was probably the win over Spurs in the FA cup a couple of years back.
Feeling surprisingly optimistic about this season, particularly with Cook and Wood having looked so strong in the last few weeks, tickets sorted for Brentford and Ipswich and looking forward to seeing some good football!
