Glen Murray and Steve Sidwell would have done us nicely. Step ahead of what we have signed, for mine.

Too old for mine. I'd be happy with one but not both.

Understand #LUFC might drop interest in Bridcutt. Cellino met with agent of Bundesliga CM today in Sardinia who would fill same role.
Have asked for a name but not been given one yet. Cellino worried deal can't be pushed through before season starts.

I hope bridcutt signs elsewhere to be honest. He is clearly talented but not the midfield general to get us out of this league. We already have dave who can can play the deep role we need a number 10 a creative midfielder especially if we play the diamond

Looks like we'll most likely play a 4-2-3-1, not a diamond.

The name on the street is Swedish international Albin Ekdal.

Monk does not seem to want to play Dave in the deep CM role.................I think he will go with Murphy, Grimes & Mowatt first.............a mistake IMO but so far he has seemed reluctant to use him in the position he was purchased for.

I hope the street is right but he won't be cheap
