I love before but still see him as a number 2. To get promoted we need a top class proven experienced keeper imho

Shay Given never actually retired... Just can't find a club!

Heard that Stockdale's agent has probably scuppered any chance of a deal to bring him here. Also that the pursuit of Hernandez from Hull is genuine and that the loan keeper idea is correct too - if it's Gunn then he must be first choice I reckon. Wage cap been lifted too and Heck is staying too. Probably none of this big news to you all, heyho :)

I'm pleased about Hernandez but not sure about Gunn.

I prefer the idea mooted by DLW that we sign an experienced keeper to aid Bailey's development from the sidelines, perhaps while getting his coaching badges.

Really chuffed about Pearce too, even though I'm surprised he's jumped ahead of Denton in the pecking order so quickly.

I would be happy bringing the lad Gunn in. Good competition for BPF. He may not cost us anything in wages if the club agree to make him number 1? City don't need the money do they. I'm sure from their point of view getting the lad some experience is far more valuable long term.

Read that he was an ever-present for Norwich last season
Might have to take an interest in the Premier League now....

Jonathan Walters has said he wants to leave Burnley to play more.
He's 34 and would do a good job for us as a senior pro up front.
